Extensions & new builds

Extensions, porches & new builds

Single and double-storey brick extensions, porches, garages and brick-built outbuildings — through to full ground-up new builds. Callum or Kieran overseeing every job.

Footings to finish

Built right from the ground up

The brickwork on an extension is the part everyone sees, but it's only as good as what's underneath it. We do the footings, foundations and blockwork as well as the facing brick — the parts that have to be right.

New brickwork should look like it's always been there. On the porch below, we built the corner pier in a multi-tone brick so it blends in with the existing house.

What we build:

  • Single-storey extensions
  • Double-storey extensions
  • Front porches
  • Garages
  • Man caves, garden rooms and workshops
  • Foundations and bases for garden buildings

A new porch on the front of the house. We built the corner pier in a multi-tone brick to blend in with the existing house, laid the blockwork behind it and brought it up to meet the roof.

Questions

Common questions

Do you build extensions?
Yes — single and double-storey brick extensions, porches, garages and full ground-up new builds, all built to spec and signed off to building regs.
Do I need planning permission for an extension?
Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development within size limits, while two-storey extensions usually need planning permission. Every extension needs building regulations approval. Check with your council for your house.
Can you build a porch?
Yes. On the porch on this page we built the corner pier in a brick to match the house, laid the blockwork and brought it up to meet the roof.
Do you do foundations and bases?
Yes — concrete floors, foundations, footings and sub-bases, including bases for garden buildings.
